Lease option on this property which includes 3 buildable lots.

I own a construction business

10k down 24 month option total cost of home and lots 230 if I exercise the purchase option in 24 months I’ll owe 220

Would pay him 1200 a month and likely rent the home for 1600 a month

Feedback please located in Alabama
