what to expect when a prospective tenant says...
After showing my property to a prospect today to rent my home out, I mentioned asking if he had enough income to make the payments and that I want to have a good renter because my previous tenants that are moving out at the end of this month always paid on time and were amazing tenants for four years. After saying this, he said, "Man, I could pay 6 months in advance if you'd like." what should I take from this, I mean, it sounds enticing, but I feel like there's something suspicious when he would say something like this...
