Cash Selling in California-Attorney?
I'm selling a SFH in California to a motivated seller w/o using a broker. I reached out to a few RE attorney's for their services, they are asking 2% of the purchase price (5k) to represent me. Any other ideas what to do to make sure I am doing the process right w/o paying that much?
