Advice Needed on Commercial Investing

So, I have a situation that I hope some of you have been through in your real estate business/careers. I am looking at commercial multi-family properties, and well, this will be my 1st one. I am needing advice on what type of lenders I need to look for/network myself to, and if I’m dreaming too big, if that’s a thing. I am 23 and just starting in the business, but after reading the 10X rule, the book on rental property investing, the ABCs of real estate, and others, I know that dreaming is part of the process, but you have to TAKE Action! If anyone could give advice (maybe you’ve been here)  any of it, would be very helpful.
