Ask for disclosures first and then make offer or????
Hi, I am new here. I have not yet purchased a rental property. I am wondering do you always ask for disclosures before making an offer? I am solely looking via the internet in areas about 3 hours away from my small town. If a place looks like something that I can handle from pictures alone do I need to ask for disclosures first or can I do that in the contingency period?
Thanks!
