Realtor Commission Question

Hello everyone! I’m new to real estate investing and have a question. I am selling my first property and noticed on the listing agreement that I am being asked to pay “1% of the purchase price to a broker who has no brokerage relationship with the buyer” on top of the 2.5% going to the “buyers agent” and 2.5% going to a “transaction broker for the buyer”. Just wondering if this is standard commission or out of the ordinary? Sorry if this is an easy question, just want to make sure I’m not agreeing to pay more than usual. Thank you!
