FHA 203K vs Fannie Mae Homestyle Loan

Anyone has experience with the Fannie Mae Homestyle Loan? Is it easier to navigate than the FHA 203k? Contractors in my area will not do 203k projects, but wondered if Fannie Mae is more compatible with contractor needs. Using the loan for a owner-occupant fourplex rehab.
