Newbie Here Looking into learning to get into Fix/ Flip Middlesex

Hello Everyone,

Sorry I am a newbie here looking for my first fix and flip in Middlesex County, NJ. I have tried multiple places to look for wholesalers, and I got nothing out of it. I tried to message real estate agents, but they seemed to send me over the ones sitting there for months and gave me garbage leads. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? It's my first deal. I just want to get my feet wet and want to learn and not lose tons of money.
