Hi Everyone,

My partner and I recently closed on a townhome in the Alamo Heights Area. We will be using this property as a long-term rental but needed to address some cosmetic issues to get it up to snuff and rent ready by August. We’re looking for general contractors that service this area but haven’t had luck finding one that will take up our project. Does anyone know of any reputable contractors, that my partner and I may reach out to and go over the scope of work with? We would absolutely appreciate all recommendations. Thanks!
