Looking to get our first Rental property. Very Excited!

Scottsdale is pretty intense at the moment for real estate. 

Is there a better part that people see better returns on there STR?

Does anyone have any leads to a home for sale off market? 

I tried a 1900 mailing list and had no luck.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
