Rental Income - Analysis
Hi All,
What is the best way to get a solid # for rental income for a home (either single or multi fam) when trying to assess the cash flow from a property (in NYC - or in general)? I've used some sites but the ranges are so broad and there are so many variables that ultimately, analyzing the property becomes challenging - on the low end - bad investment; on the high end - good investment
Thanks in advance
