Emergency! Deals on Life Support.

I have 3 duplexes that I am in the process of purchasing.

I was going to use funds from another sale to fund these deals but that buyer can not complete until August and the my sellers are ready to step away.

I need some quick, short term funding, what are some options and what should I look out for? 

The nature of these deals probably requires 100% funding until I can refinance. Help!
