Maximizing on my financial resources

HI! My name is Claudia, I am a realtor, I own 4 properties. A mix of long term, short term and commercial real estate.  I want to expand my short term rental portfolio,  My husband is a retired police officer and soon to be a 29 year retired veteran of the united states military.  I would like to join him in what I call a "semi retired" life and I would like to do that through short term rental properties.  I want to make sure I am maximizing on my financial resources and as hoping for some insight.
