Is anyone looking to sell property at any NJ shore location in and around 500k?

Does anyone own a STR in the poconos? I am looking to purchase in Lake Naomi or surrounding area and am looking for any insight possible.

I am looking to invest in the Poconos PA, Do any of you have STR in the Poconos area? Trying to decide which lake would be the most lucrative.

Hi all! I am looking into putting in an offer on a property on Arrowhead Lake PA. Is anyone here an owner of a STR in the Poconos area? I own STR's at the Jersey Shore, I know operations are a bit different in the Poconos area and want as much info as I can get before I purchase.

I have $150k as a down payment.  I am looking expand my short term rental portfolio.  The homes I am looking to purchase are around $350k.  Several traditional banks have turned me down because my tax returns show loses on my other businesses.  How can I make best use of my funds if a traditional bank won't lend to me?

A mix of long term, short term and commercial real estate.  I want to expand my short term rental portfolio,  My husband is a retired police officer and soon to be a 29 year retired veteran of the united states military.  I would like to join him in what I call a "semi retired" life and I would like to do that through short term rental properties.  I want to make sure I am maximizing on my financial resources and as hoping for some insight.
