How to find multi family properties in Alpharetta, GA

I am a newbie real estate investor with 3 single family rentals so far. I want to find multi family properties and would like to start with a familiar area to me that is Alpharetta, GA (as I have 2 rentals). Please suggest where to look and if any other areas that would be better as I am investing out of state.

Any help and guidance in this regard is helpful.

Small multi-family units are scarce around Alpharetta but there are several large apartment complexes. What type do you seek? Tell me more about your criteria and I’ll see if I can steer you.
