What is the best market for BRRRR with 100K Cash?

Hello-

I am closing on a cash out refi for a condo I own out right in Coral Springs Florida. I bought this condo from my uncle who needed the cash to invest in a bigger purchase. Once closed I will have 100K in cash and I would like to keep this going. I live in Massachusetts and even though I want to do this here I feel like I would have a better number of properties to choose from if continued to do it in FL or some other state where 100K can be put to better BRRRR use.
