Finding a good Title & Escrow company

Hi BP members,

My understand of the title & escrow process is that after the purchase agreement is signed a third party holds the money and documents until certain terms are met. If I missed something feel free to correct me. 

Also, how do you find a title & escrow company that is reliable?
