American Pickers - (Deal Aquisition: Flyer + Door-knocking)

Has anyone ever watched "American Pickers"?

If you have, you know that Frank and Mike are antique hunters who door knock for their treasures. I've been testing the waters with door knocking for deal acquisition in this "tough-to-find-deals" market we are currently in. (Raleigh, Durham, Triangle, North Carolina area for me)

As I try to plan my door knocking process, I can't help but think about how these antique hunters hand over a flyer with who they are and what they are looking for.

Is there anyone out there who door knocks for deals? If so... do you have a flyer, pamphlet, postcard, etc that you hand to the homeowner while talking to them about the potential to sell their home?

Always looking to learn and would love any info/resources you all have found helpful. I'll be happy to share my own trials of various techniques on this thread.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this and (hopefully) respond!
