Looking for a Limited Partnership for Property in Texas

Daniel Schafer
Posted

Hi there, I am interested in a limited partnership for properties located in Texas. Does anyone know about a syndication or any other multifamily investment opportunity that is focused on properties in Texas only?

thanks

Daniel

My suggestion is go to one of the multi upcoming conference and network with 100s that have, are, or will be investing in LP deals.   It will give you some basics of what to look for and how to vet sponsors....and you'll probably find some sponsors there looking for money.   I have no affiliation with any of them, but a couple of the upcoming conference are with Brad Sumrok and Michael Blank....there are plenty more eco systems around to network...Rod Khalif, Joe Fairless, Grant Cardone, MFIN, come to mind today.
