Am I missing something?

For a little while now I've heard so much about how hard it is to find deals. I've been searching hi and low and I've definitely been able to find properties worth pursuing. Am I missing something or do people just need to look harder for opportunities and they actually do exist. This is my first post on BP, thanks for the support and feedback!
