Property & Owner Lists for Multi-Units and Single Family

Does anyone have experience and recommendations for a company to provide property lists and owner contract info?    I signed up for a trial on PropStream and they are not pulling data in my area for 2-4 units for my area.   I know I can always get from my title company, but just wondering if there is a more user friendly program out there to find properties so I can mail and call to them.    Thanks in advance.

Found this. https://www.propertyradar.com/. Not as expensive as propstream, but still rather expensive. I say outside of learning to code yourself or finding an Investor that can do it for you as a partnering deal. I'm trying to figure it all out myself. If I do I will share.
