How do you find cash-flowing properties in a sellers market?
Seems like it would be even more time intensive to try and find good investment properties when the market is so hot like this. But does that mean they don't exist out there? Are there ways to scan the market against your investment parameters to see if there is anything out there without dedicating your own time and effort to that manual search?
