I am trying to sell an existing business and real estate ($200,000.00), my realtor submitted an offer to me for a "lease out" whereas I would receive 30k down and 1k per month for 1 year and $1200 per month for the final 2 years of a 3 year lease. My issue is that my realtor still wants $15k commission on the deal he saying that this is a Fair commission on a commercial lease deal, I don't think it is, What is the commission rule for a "commercial" deal such as this
