Commercial and Multifamily Investing in British Columbia

I am looking for guidance and advice for commercial and multifamily investing. I made my first purchase in August 2020, a 4-plex in Kitimat BC. So far it has been slow, but easier than I expected. For my next purchase, I want to take a larger step, and I am aiming to save for a 7 figure downpayment, still in British Columbia, targeting suburb areas in the lower mainland. I am looking to learn from and have ongoing conversations with people who have experience in commercial and multifamily properties while work to reach my savings goal for my next investment.

Things I want to learn more about; navigating larger deals, the financial intricacies of larger loans, income-backed loans, nuances with larger investment properties, realistic financial targets, mathematics of larger properties for evaluating and planning, and more experience and insight for being able to identify good and bad deals for larger properties.
