Sunroom Appraisal Value

Hello!

Just wondering if there is a market percentage for how a sunroom is valued in an appraisal. For instance, if the livable area is valued at $100/sqft, what percentage of that would a sunroom be valued?

In this situation: 

-the sunroom is 3 walls double paned windows

-walls are matching vinyl siding to exterior of house

-flooring is the same tile in the bathroom and kitchen

-a laundry closet is included in one corner

-cooled by a window unit. heating unnecessary in southern GA
