Scottsdale airbnb new purchase

Currently in coeur dalene idaho.  Prices around here are pretty intense.

North Scottsdale looks nice. Seems a 3 bedroom, pool ect in north Scottsdale goes for 500 to 600k.  Airbnb revenue seems to hold its value and be able to break even there. I'm approved for both areas.   

I'd personally like to do a new construction commercial space but just don't have the capital. I'd rather take the 60k and start some kind of invest
