1031 Exchange WHOLESALING
Are there any pros out there that can help me out/ has experience with this situation. I have an opportunity to get a nice property under contract to be assigned to my buyer. However the seller has told me that the property will be part of or subject to a 1031 exchange. Question: Can I still put the property under the purchase and sale agreement and assign it to my buyer? How would this effect my deal (if at all)? Should I just leave this one alone ? Any help you have is appreciated. Thanks!
