Hey everyone,

I wanted to created a thread to see if anyone if currently investing in the Sarasota, Florida area? My wife and I are interested in the city’s promising future. Small multi-family rentals or single family rentals along with potential buy and flip properties are of interest. Thank you all for any input. It is much appreciated.
