I utilized a personal loan iao $60k to purchase a home I closed on just a couple of days ago. I will have it rehabbed in about 2 months and will turn it into a short term rental thereafter. 

How can I go about getting a HELOC or Mortgage without waiting 6 months? I'm in Texas.
