Looking to move to the Bay Area in California and buy something off market that potentially needs a rehab. In DC where I currently live I am part of a few email list serves that share off market properties and wondering if folks know of any list serves or sites or groups in the Bay Area (Oakland/Berkeley)? (Please let me know if this is not the correct forum to ask in).
