Is anyone trying to buy in Hawaii right now? The market is crazy. Any tips on finding great off market opportunities even if retail and not for flips or brrrr's etc?

Yes, I have multiple buyers in escrow as well and the deals can still be had. 25 holes in the last year but the next 25 are coming even harder. Here’s to grinding.
