Using RSU's to help get a mortgage?

Hey all! 

I am looking at purchasing a SFR that is $500k and has 20 acres. I make $97,500/year and have right around $100k in RSU's from Amazon that will vest over the next 3 years. Does anyone know of any banks that take RSU's as income? Or even how it would work?

The property has a house that I would be living in and I would be a first-time home buyer, but it also has a cute little cottage that I would Airbnb. My future plans for the property would be to build a couple of shipping container homes OR treehouses to scale my Airbnb business.
