Minnesota Twin Cities Metro Networking

Hello all!  This is my second post on this site with my first one being a duplicate posting to the new members introductions forum.  I haven't been this excited to use a networking site since Myspace way back in the day.  Anyways, I am looking for anyone in the Twin Cities Metro area of Minnesota to network with regarding experiences with rental properties, buy and holds, fix and flips, etc and the methods to procure those properties within the state of Minnesota.  Do not worry!  If you have good or bad success stories related to out of state investing, I would definitely like to discuss those.  Thanks in advance to everyone.
