Home owners insurance for a rental condo in CT

Hello,

Thanks to the great inspiration provided by the BP community, I am closing on my first rental property in CT in a few weeks. It's a townhouse and I am working on a getting a mortgage. The question is around the homeowners insurance I needed as the mortgage company was asking for it. I tried to get an online quote with the usual insurance companies, and I am getting an online response saying they don't provide insurance for non owner occupied properties.

I am wondering how other folks in CT are getting HO6 insurance for their rental condos in CT. Are there any insurance companies recommended? Appreciate your help.
