Working with realtors
Hello All.
I was wondering if a property is on the market for 90 day's plus, and you contact the sellers agent and make a lease purchase or owner financing offer, realtor presents it to seller they accept, how would the agent get paid if I'm paying the seller monthly? Would I have the pay the realtor or does the seller ? Is a month's rent enough. Thank you in advance for answering.
