HELOC on first Primary I ever purchased! FINALLY

Good Morning BP,

I wanted to talk about the success I just had. I recently was able to open a 99% LTV HELOC on the first primary that I ever purchased in September 2017. I recently moved back into this house just so I could open up this line.

The bank lent me 99% LTV at Prime + 1% = 4.25% in this current market condition

I now have access to $106,500 to use to purchase additional assets that will cash flow me in the future.

If you have a HELOC that has significant equity, this is an awesome strategy to increase the size of your portfolio using the markets money and not having to go through the long process of saving up that next down payment.

Good luck!
