Can I profit from an Option to Purchase/RTO Mobile Home?
I have obtained an Option to Purchase (anytime)/Rent to Own (5 year lease) on a Mobil Home in NC and my question is what process could I use to profit from this opportunity the quickest? Like if I found a cash buyer at any point during the lease period and wanted to buy out the contract, what process/contracts could I use to make it so the money comes from the buyer I found, enabling me to make a profit?
