Hello,

Quick question. The realtor I work with has been mentioning in several properties how a property would be great to sell to owner occupant or on rootstock.

What is the benefit to selling to owner occupant? I noticed he mentions it often but I don’t totally understand why you would do that? Can anyone help clarify?
