Can you ask the bank to pay for lets say some appliances that are missing in the deal?

Thanks,
Adrian

Agree with Andy Chu. I assume you mean a REO aka Bank Owned property. If you find a problem that wasn't obvious from just walking through after you have an accepted offer, they might make a price adjustment. Obvious problems are assumed to be included in your offer. Appliances aren't even "missing". Those are personal property, not part of the property. If you get any appliances, great. But a bank isn't going to buy them for you. If you do get them, realize they've been left behind by the owners and probably don't work very well, if at all.
