Columbia / Spring Hill / Franklin Tennessee - 2 Home Property

Hi All,

We're looking at single family homes with a detached granny flat in the Columbia / Spring Hill / Franklin area (Tennessee). 2 houses on 1 property is the goal. Timeframe to purchase is within 1-2 months. Are there any restrictions in these areas for renting out the 2nd structure? Does anyone in the BiggerPockets community have local experience with these type of properties? Any words of wisdom are greatly appreciated!
