IRS Tax Transcripts Required

The loan was supposed to close tomorrow but been waiting for final loan approval. Today the lender asked for tax transcripts. Went to request them on the IRS website and got locked out. Can't verify because they want to use the cell phone number, but share the cell phone account with his brother and it is in the brother's name. Is there any way to talk the lender out of the requirement or get the account verified without waiting 2 weeks for it to come in the mail?

That’s a basic requirement, should have been done weeks ago by the lender.
