Buying an inherited multifamily property with owner finance?

I am analyzing a deal that heirs want to sell.  The owner passed away and left property to heirs.  The owner is asking for 135 and they owe 70 to the bank.  The loan was in the name of the deceased.  How do you do a subject to deal with a dead person's loan, though the heirs have title?
