I'm new to the area and looking to start marketing to probate leads in Maricopa County, are the probate information listed online like some other counties or do I physically have to go to the courthouse? Also if I have to go to the courthouse what information do I need to obtain probate information, do I need the names of the deceased?

@Rick H. I actually am having some success, I have partnered with another investor that is amazing at marketing to these leads and I handle all the dialogue and negotiations and close the deal. In essence the partnership is working out tremendously.

This is another reason why networking and partnerships can help you out tremendously. We are not only doing probate, but pre-foreclosures, absentee owners, and divorce. We have concentrated on a particular niche area in the Phoenix Metro Area. We did try to go outside our niche area and learned fast that concentrating our efforts and formalizing our system is best, before trying to expand. This is what we are doing now, laying the foundation to have the system work for us instead of us working the system.
