Question on closing costs!

Hello everyone. I am getting ready to put in an offer on a home that is listed for 180,000 and I asked my lender what my closing costs would look like and he said around 10,000. Is this normal? I was expecting somewhere around 5,000 so this number really surprised me. Thank you everyone ahead of time. This is in Florida if that matters.
