Urgent Help Request!!!!

Hope you can help me with some advice here! I am trying to sell one of my single-family houses in the area. Everything except window replacement will be done in a week (already spent 2-3 weeks so far). From everything I have tried so far, it seems the window replacement (or even just changing the sashes) will take 6+ weeks and it seems to be an expensive affair.

I am anxious to hit the market asap. But not sure how the window issue will play out. Wondering if it's prudent to list the house now for top $ or wait for 2+ months to finish the windows. If we list it now, not sure whether it will be a huge deterrent for potential buyers.

Any ideas to get windows/sashes expeditiously will also be great.
