Wholesaling from an agent as a lender

Question: I am 24 and trying to make a career in real estate but need guidance. QUESTION: I have a real estate agent that is sending me off market listings and I am a mortgage officer with a ton of clients trying to win an offer on a home but are  losing. Is it possible if I could wholesale a deal between my agent and my clients??? For instants if I get under contract for a house from my realtor at 800K and then turn around and have another contract on it between me and my clients would that be allowed?
