Sold my house hack, what next?
Just sold my house hack duplex for around a 20k profit, 40k in my pocket. Basically homeless now (in a few weeks). Market is almost too hot to touch, I currently own one other occupied rental as well. Which of the following would you do?
1) Take the cash and do a low money down deal into a house to live in, pay off your toy debt (20k)
2) Rent a place until the right deal comes around
3) Buy 2 deals that aren't the greatest, but still sorta work. One low money down and one full 20%
4) Pay off other rental (30k or so)
Open to other reccomendations as well.
