Hey all! As a rookie investor along with my partner, we are seeking any tips, advises, strategies, and insight on rental property financing!

Dos, Don'ts, what to watch out for, and etc.

My Partner and I, are bringing some capital to the table, we want to use this capital as down payments for multiple properties, Since we want to expand quickly. 

Any insight out there, and/or lessons learned on how to approach this where everyone wins? Thanks!
