Realtor Switched Title Company

Hello all, I just had an interesting thing happen to me and I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and what they did to handle it.

I received notification from the agent that I'm buying a rental property through that the closing was to be held at a particular title company this Friday at 4. The problem is this is NOT the title company that was specifically requested and agreed to in the purchase contract. I asked the agent where is my EMD then since I made it out to the company that WAS in the purchase contract and she informed me that my EMD was at the company I requested but they were closing at a different title company that they use!!

I called the title company that the agent set this all up with and they said that that real estate company is a customer of theirs and there is nothing i can do i need to call that agent. The agent is yet to respond to my attempts and I sent a message to her broker as well.
