I bought an investment apartment (this from Helsinki Europe)!

OH my what feeling bought my dream apartment so good I could live there myself or rent it depending on life situation! First of all disclaimer I am not a millionaire. With millionaire I mean netwealth of 1 million euro = 1 198 175,00 United States Dollar. However I am also not a newbie for landlord far from that.

About me? I am from Finland and I speak fluently Finnish, Swedish and English. I have lived both in Finland and Sweden before but I am born in Finland. I am not foreign to buy an apartment from other countries. I could buy apartment from any country that I consider fairly safe.

It is a new apartment and it is done year 2022. In very good location HELSINKI Pasila. I like it excellent location:

20 minutes with CAR to South Helsinki!

15 minutes with CAR to AIRPORT Vantaa! (This is the main airport called HELISINKI /VANTAA airport of Finland).

I do have own money plant to use at least 80 000 euro =  95 854,00 United States Dollar  

of own money for this buy not taking all as debt

Cost of the total buy (land can be bought separately) if I buy the land? I do not want to tell exact amount

but roughly 300 000 euro = 359 458,20 United States Dollar if I also include land buying.

Down below is a design (building not built yet it will be done in year 2022) picture of the whole building. 

My building size? I bought a 43,5 square feet + balcony. However I do not criticize anyone for buying smaller arpartment or bigger apartment. Every person buy what they want in any country or what size they want.

My buy is done Friday 16th April 2021. It is so fresh buy they have not registered it even on their webpage yet I am sure they will do that next week earliest on Monday or Tuesday.

Explanation the building has that design down below it is meant to be not straight that ceiling. First floor does not have any apartments. First floor will have shops etc.
